The Floyd County Veterans Affairs board held its regular meeting Aug. 17, 2026, at 16:00 in the Floyd County VA office and approved a series of routine governance items. Chair Bob Mondt called the meeting to order, and committee member Gary Quint moved to approve the agenda; Ed Abbott seconded and the motion passed. Tim Speas moved to approve the July minutes, with Gary Quint seconding; that motion passed as well.
