Committee approves ICLEI membership, sets aside education stipend

Rachel McKinley told the committee the FY2027 budget included funds to support an ICLEI membership and education expenses: “You, were approved for $1,800 for annual membership for local governments for sustainability, ICLEI,” she said. McKinley explained the membership provides access to a planning toolkit and technical assistance to help develop a formal sustainability plan.
