Commissioners hear presentation on Bridal Bottoms rezoning for 23-lot RPUD
County staff and the applicant presented a request to rezone a 9.5-acre Ross Township parcel to RPUD for a 23-lot single-family development; planning and zoning commissions recommended approval and the board closed the hearing with deliberation set for Sept. 29.

The board opened a public hearing on case RCZ26, a rezoning request from Ross Trails Inc. to change a 9.5-acre parcel (K4610-027-000-043) in Ross Township from A-1 agricultural to RPUD for a 23-lot subdivision. David Fair, Butler County's Director of Development, told the board the proposal would incorporate the parcel into the Venice Crossing development and would be served by Southwest Regional Water District and Butler County Water & Sewer.
