Becky Howard, Coryell County 4‑H extension agent, asked the court to declare next week National 4‑H Week to recognize the county’s youth leadership and service programs. Howard told the court Coryell County “boasts 454 4‑H members” and detailed upcoming service activities including National Night Out, nursing home visits and community trash pickup.
