The Oneida County Planning & Development Committee approved the preliminary Superior Street Condominium Plat, a two-unit conversion submitted by SMOE Properties LLC with surveyor Greg Maines. Staff recommended two conditions: condominium declarations must be submitted to the department for review prior to recording, and future amendments/addendums must be reviewed and approved by the department prior to recording.
