The committee considered a proposed reconfiguration for parcels in the SE NW, Section 28 (PINs PL-586 series) in the Town of Pine Lake. Staff and the property owner made adjustments per the committee's earlier recommendations and the committee voted to approve the modification pursuant to Chapter 15, Section 15.31(2).
