Board hears updates on two prior appeals and upcoming ordinance resolution
Staff told the Board of Adjustment that an amended federal filing has been submitted in Appeal #25-009 and that an onsite inspection for Appeal #2600552 is scheduled for October; Director Karl Jennrich said a resolution on zoning statute/ordinance amendments will go to the county board in October or November 2026.

During the Sept. 16 meeting, Oneida County Planning & Zoning Director Karl Jennrich updated the board on prior appeals and the timeline for ordinance changes. Jennrich said an amended Summons and Complaint had been filed by the plaintiff’s attorney in Appeal #25-009 (Totzke Family Revocable Trust), seeking to bring claims under federal court jurisdiction.
