The Oneida County Board of Adjustment on Sept. 16 approved a variance allowing a deck addition at 7004 Lair Drive after an onsite inspection and a public hearing. The board voted 4–1 to find the property met two of the required variance standards and, by a 4–1 margin, that unnecessary hardship existed for the proposal.
