The Oneida County Board of Adjustment voted to approve Appeal No. 2600600, granting a variance for a deck addition at 7004 Lair Drive in the Town of Crescent. The board voted 4–1 on the motion (mover: Brad Herrold; second: Bruce Stefonek), with Dan Chronister dissenting on one of the three legal standards the board must consider.
