The Silver Creek Township Planning and Zoning Commission approved a rezone request submitted by Robin Brisse, with a condition to ensure the property contains three separate parcel identifiers (PIDs). Commissioner Jesse Dickinson moved to approve the request “as is,” with the PID condition; Commissioner Ryan Nelson seconded the motion. Commissioner Mark Egge recorded an abstention on the vote due to living on the lake, and the motion carried 7-0.
