Road work underway on Joe Waters and Grapevine roads; dumpsters relocated

County Field Director Jason Oglesby told the board that county crews have begun work on Joe Waters Road and will start work soon on Harriet Miller Road. He said Grapevine Road is complete except for some finish work.
