Emmanuel Watson appointed to Jenkins County Memorial Library Board
The board unanimously appointed Emmanuel Watson to fill the unexpired Library Board term of Marilyn Knight, which runs through June 30, 2026; the Library Board must meet at least four times per year, the administrator said.

The Jenkins County Board of Commissioners unanimously appointed Emmanuel Watson to the Jenkins County Memorial Library Board of Trustees to fill the unexpired term of Marilyn Knight. County Administrator Grady Saxon read aloud a list of nominees and Commissioners Tracie Coney and Pamelia Dwight nominated and seconded the appointment.
