Spencer County adopts budget amendment on second reading
The court approved Ordinance No. 5 (Budget Amendment 1) on the second reading after committee motion; members voted by voice to adopt the amendment during the meeting.

At the meeting the Chair presented a budget amendment packet and asked the court to approve Ordinance No. 5 (Budget Amendment 1). "Motion to approve ordinance number 5, budget amendment 1," a committee member said, and the court moved to approve on second reading with a motion by Mike and seconded by Zach.
