Council adopts SNMEDD efficiency evaluation and authorizes implementation
The Council approved Resolution 1961 to authorize administration to implement recommendations from the Council of Governments (SNMEDD) efficiency and performance evaluation; administration will provide regular progress reports and develop an updated organizational chart.

Mayor Youtsey presented Resolution 1961, the SNMEDD Efficiency & Performance Evaluation, which reflects recommendations developed after interviews with elected officials and City employees. City Administrator Hayley Klein said the evaluation includes organizational and process-improvement recommendations and that administration and department directors were authorized to proceed with implementation; regular progress reports and an updated organizational chart are planned.
