Sherman County Court unanimously adopted a regional Energy Resilience Plan developed with MCEDD under Oregon’s HB 3630, directing staff to submit the completed plan to ODOE and begin implementation planning.

Sherman County Court voted 3-0 on June 17 to adopt the Regional Energy Resilience Plan developed by the Mid-Columbia Economic Development District (MCEDD) on behalf of a four-county cohort, satisfying requirements of HB 3630 and authorizing the court to sign Resolution 01-06-2026.
