Land Bank authorizes Ramboll to prepare rough demolition estimate for grain elevator
Following an inspection, the board authorized Ramboll to produce a preliminary demolition-cost estimate for a grain elevator owned by Mike Pitstick; Mr. Iden of Ramboll reported nothing unusual from the site walk.

Board members discussed a grain elevator owned by Mike Pitstick. Mr. Iden of Ramboll walked the property and reported he "didn’t see anything crazy" during the inspection. Following that report, Branen Weade moved and Joe Denen seconded a motion authorizing Ramboll to prepare a rough demolition-cost estimate; the board approved the motion by voice vote.
