At the Aug. 3 meeting the Fayette County Land Bank voted to rescind a prior authorization to offer multiple parcels for sale via sealed bid. The motion identified the parcels as 710 and 712 Columbus Avenue (to be sold together), 13124 Walnut Street (lots 51 & 52, to be sold together) and 33 Walnut Street in Jeffersonville.
