Fayette County Land Bank: demolition grant work underway on multiple properties
Ramboll consultant Rachel Hicks told the Land Bank on July 13 that '1343 Grace St. has been completed' and several other properties are scheduled for demolition under the current grant, with dates in late July and early August.

At its July 13 meeting the Fayette County Land Bank heard an update on demolition grant work from Rachel Hicks of Ramboll. Hicks reported that "1343 Grace St. has been completed" and listed additional properties scheduled under the grant, including 1276 St. Rt. 38, 707 Broadway and 314 Fountain for the week of July 20 and 1126 E. Temple and 410 Delaware scheduled for the first week of August. Chair Tony Anderson called for the board’s consideration after the briefing.
