County staff told the Pipestone County Board that a planned hearing notice was published in the Pipestone Star rather than in the county's designated legal paper, the Edgerton Enterprise, and recommended rescheduling. The board agreed to move the hearing to Feb. 24 at 10:30 a.m. and directed staff to publish notices in both papers going forward to improve countywide coverage.
