NECCOG notes supervisor resignation and hires Virginia Oliver for regional HR support
NECCOG reported one supervisor resignation and said the position will not be filled; the council has hired Virginia Oliver, an experienced HR professional, who will split time between Plainfield and NECCOG HR functions.

NECCOG’s Director’s report noted that one supervisor has resigned and, because a reduction in towns served is expected, the position will not be refilled. Notification letters to towns outside NECCOG about the end of service on June 30, 2026, will be sent after the election.
