Public works reports: potholing ~33% complete, water plant nearing substantial completion
Public works staff said National Industrial has completed about a third of potholing work, expects to finish potholing by November, and that the water treatment plant is close to substantial completion with final filter media being installed.

Staff reported progress Sept. 16 on multiple capital projects: potholing operations by National Industrial are roughly one-third complete, with crews expected to finish potholing by November and resume road patching on a recurring schedule. "Looks like they are going to hopefully, they're about 0.333 complete," the staff member said.
