Donna Benton summarized a Transfer Development Rights (TDR) application for 89 Stark Avenue filed by Corey Macau. "Item 4 f is a transfer development request for Corey Macau. This is located at 89 Stark Avenue... They are proposing to request 2 units through the Transfer Development Rights Ordinance for a total of 4 units," Benton said.
