Conditional use permit sought for foundation, bulkhead work at 63 6th Street
A conditional use permit was announced for 63 6th Street to repair the foundation, reconstruct a bulkhead, regrade the site and install a permeable patio; staff said the project would cause about 575 sq ft of temporary impacts and about 950 sq ft of permanent impacts within the conservation district.

Donna Benton, Director of Planning and Community Development for the City of Dover, presented a conditional use permit application for Aidan Ahern for property at 63 6th Street. Benton said the applicant proposes to repair the existing foundation, reconstruct an existing bulkhead and carry out site improvements including regrading and the installation of a permeable patio.
