Staff explained that during the bond‑closing process for a Harmony DC building purchase, attorneys discovered a missing page in the 2014 articles of incorporation filed with the District of Columbia. The complete three‑page document had been filed with the IRS, but only two pages were on file with the DC government; staff presented the corrected, three‑page articles and asked the board, as sole member, to authorize an amendment filing to add the missing page.
