The Carbondale Planning & Zoning Commission voted to recommend approval of the combined application for rezoning, major site‑plan review and alternative compliance for increased building height for the 155 Main Street mixed‑use project, subject to the conditions and findings in the staff memorandum. A commissioner moved the recommendation and it was seconded; the commission voted in favor.
