Staff member Tim presented proposed revisions to create Section 108 of the county's comprehensive land development resolution. The draft would allow reuse of nonconforming commercial or industrial buildings as a conditional use in residential and agricultural zoning districts for similar or less intensive nonresidential purposes and would clarify parking and related standards.
