Commissioner Scott Popham moved and Commissioner Larry Saathoff seconded a motion to approve the plat of Schmidt Addition, described in the minutes as located in Government Lot 1 of the Northwest Quarter of Section 21, Township 113 North, Range 52 West of the 5th Principal Meridian in Hamlin County. The motion passed with all members voting Aye.
