Board moves to closed session on potential litigation
The board entered executive session under RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) to discuss potential litigation for about 15 minutes with only the board, clerk, counsel and county administrator present, then reconvened and adjourned.

Near the end of the Sept. 23 meeting, county counsel asked the board to go into executive session to discuss potential litigation. Counsel cited the applicable statute, asked for 15 minutes, and listed who should attend: the board, the clerk of the board, county counsel and the county administrator.
