The Environment & Land Use Committee approved a zoning change for a property owned by Benjamin Swartz to rezone roughly 13.43 acres from Transitional Agriculture to Residential R‑8 to allow the creation of two lots. Mark Carlson, zoning administrator, said the town provided a letter of support and no neighbors testified against the application.
