Millersburg City Council on Tuesday voted to adopt a package of development-code changes known as DC 2602 and signed Ordinance 224-26 into the record. Staff said the update adds several changes aimed at clearer, more flexible administration — including a new enforcement option allowing the city to revoke a project's land-use approval if it habitually violates its conditions.
