Council asks Marinette County to return cost estimates for long-term Stephenson Library lease
Kevin Solway told the council the city and county "have not been able to locate an existing lease agreement." The Common Council voted 9–0 to inform Marinette County of the city's interest and ask the county to bring back cost estimates for façade, mechanical and other building costs above $5,000 as part of a proposed long-term lease covering exterior façade repairs for 25 years.
