First District Commissioner Pat Dane moved to introduce adopting the International Property Maintenance Code (amended by the City of Three Rivers) and to schedule a public hearing for Aug. 3; At-Large Commissioner Torrey Brown seconded. The motion carried unanimously. The introduction begins the formal process and sets a hearing date for public comment and further consideration.
