Human Resources Director Carolyn Eklund presented the borough-manager application, supplemental questions and a revised scoring rubric; the assembly adopted the required and preferred screening criteria and the advancement thresholds. Eklund said the application will be posted in NeoGov and circulated to municipal association channels, with an Oct. 5 posting target and a 30-day application window.
