Assembly: volunteers can begin Mountain Point park work under borough permit while designation proceeds
A resident asked the assembly to designate two Mountain Point parcels as parks and allow volunteer work. Staff said the parcels are borough land but not yet recreation parcels; assembly directed staff to enable volunteer work under a Title 12 permit and to bring a work session in October.
