During the minutes-adoption segment, Speaker 3 asked that two items be flipped in order and said they had reviewed the meeting video. Speaker 3 moved to adopt the minutes with that correction and a second was made. Following a brief discussion and a change of vote by one member, the chair announced the corrected minutes were approved 3 to 1.
