Council authorized an amendment to Jones & Dill Engineering to complete engineering work for downtown revitalization (including Rotary Park) so the city will be ready to apply for grants that require shovel-ready projects. Staff said the city will contribute a portion up front (about $20,000 of an existing $100,000 budgeted project) to trigger a $50,000 Idaho GEM grant reimbursement when the work is completed.
