Commissioner Kim Bussell moved and Commissioner Maegan Jenkins seconded the adoption of updated City Commission by-laws. The motion passed by roll-call vote with Commissioners Bob Bonham, Kim Bussell, Pat Humphrey and Maegan Jenkins voting yea; Gus Murphy was absent. The action is recorded in the minutes as Resolution 2026-003.
