The Village of Cold Spring Zoning Board of Appeals convened on Aug. 11, 2026 at Village Hall. Chair Eric Wirth called the meeting to order at 7:03 p.m.; members present were Billy Fields, John Martin and Marianne Remy, establishing a quorum.
