Neighbor raises long-running nuisance complaint; council forwards case to code enforcement

Resident Edward Nielson told the council about years-long problems at a neighboring property at 265 W 300 N, citing junk and debris, junk vehicles near the right-of-way, harassment and declines in adjacent property values; council voted 4-0 to refer the complaint to Code Enforcement Officer Trevor Peterson for review.
