Board members asked for earlier access to contract docs after difficulty opening file

Several directors said they did not have ready access to the contract prior to the meeting and asked for earlier distribution of contract documents. Director Dolby said she did not see the links in the assembly email and asked that contracts be made available for board members to review prior to meetings. Speaker 7 and Chair (Speaker 1) said the contract was posted with the agenda on Wednesday but acknowledged some members had trouble opening the PDF and offered to send the file directly upon request.
