District staff reported steady progress on the state-funded recycled-water upgrade and expansion, including installation of nearly 500 feet of recycled-water pipe and a schedule for boring under Highway 1 during the week of June 8. Staff said the contractor expects Caltrans approval for a 10-day window to complete the bore and hopes to finish sooner.
