Commissioners pull item 11 from consent agenda for separate vote
Commissioners amended a motion to approve items 1–15 to remove item 11 for an individual vote; the board later voted separately on item 11 after CFO testimony.

At the start of new business, the board moved to approve items 1–15 on the morning's agenda. Commissioner (Speaker 1) requested that motion 11 be separated from the consent agenda for an individual vote, saying, “I'll make a motion to move, to separate motion 11 from the consent agenda for an individual vote.”
