Staff presented a request to rezone about 36 acres near the city of Walke to R1 (urban residential), explaining the site is nearly surrounded by Walke and will be developed to city standards though it will remain in county limits until annexation. Staff said much of the site has CSR under 70 and that the planning commission recommended approval.
