The committee reviewed a land‑division request submitted as a meets‑and‑bounds description by Beth Bant on behalf of Lyle Garbleman to create a roughly 1‑acre lot in the town of Prentiss. Staff recommended conditional approval after identifying that the submitted legal description listed a 33‑foot easement but county requirements call for a 66‑foot easement for that parcel.
