Sheehan Hediger, principal with auditing firm Baker Tilly, told the Price County Board on Thursday that the countyreceived an unmodified opinion for its 2025 financial statements. "For 2025, we are issuing an unmodified opinion," Hediger said, adding that the opinion means the financial statements are "presented fairly in all material aspects in accordance with U.S. GAAP." Hediger reviewed key figures, including a total fund balance of roughly $6.2 million and an increase of $187,000 from 2024 to 2025.
