Planning staff explained that Florida law allows certain updates to the county’s five‑year capital improvement schedule to be made by ordinance without a full text amendment. The board was presented with staff‑prepared updates that adjust financial amounts for projects, add new projects, and remove completed projects to align the county schedule with the Wakulla County School Board’s educational facilities work program adopted on 07/27/2026.
