After moving into and returning from an executive session under Section 10-15-1(H)(2) NMSA 1978 for a limited personnel matter concerning the County Manager's contract, the Luna County Board of County Commissioners approved contract changes in open session on May 28, 2025. "Attorney Charles Kretek briefly explained the changes to the County Manager's Contract," according to the minutes. Commissioner Christie Ann Harvey moved to approve the contract with changes; Commissioner Ray J. Trejo seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
