The Luna County Board of County Commissioners unanimously passed Resolution 25-33 on May 28, 2025, authorizing an application for funding assistance through the New Mexico Interstate Stream Commission (NMISC). Commissioner Ray J. Trejo moved to approve Resolution 25-33 and Commissioner Christie Ann Harvey seconded; the motion passed on a roll call vote of the three commissioners.
