Lincoln County accepted the 2025 Sheriff's Office financial statement after an audit review and Sheriff Shawn Hines announced a Boys & Girls Ranch program for ages 8–11 beginning next week.

Kathy Caudill presented the Sheriff's Office 2025 financial statement and noted an audit by Andy Cole. After review, Magistrate Bobby King moved to accept and Magistrate David Faulkner seconded; the court voted to approve the financial statement. Sheriff Shawn Hines then announced the Boys & Girls Ranch program will begin next week for children aged eight to eleven.
