After a motion by Trustee Pascola and second from Trustee Zemitis, the board appointed Brian Carroll to serve through 04/30/2027; Carroll was sworn in and took his seat immediately.

The Board approved an appointment to fill the vacant Trustee C seat. President Sorgatz introduced the motion to appoint Brian Carroll with a term expiring April 30, 2027. Trustee Pascola moved and Trustee Zemitis seconded the motion. The board approved the appointment by roll call and Carroll was sworn in and seated at the meeting.
